This cottage is located at our St. Phillip's location.

This two bedroom cottage is located next to the ocean, overlooking Bell Island and Conception Bay. 10 minutes from St. John's, and 15 minutes from the airport, it is perfect for families that want to enjoy the ocean, but be close to all the attractions of the city and sightseeing tours.

It has a full kitchen, living, and laundry room, as well as a large private deck overlooking the ocean with barbeque grill. Pelican Cottage has two bedrooms one with a queen size bed, and one with double bed.

Stay informed and entertained with satellite TV and DVD and VHS players located in the living area.
